For absolute peace of mind, all TIVOR watches come with a 1-year warranty from purchase date. The warranty covers the internal movement and not to other parts such as the case, glass, strap, battery & accessories. 

The warranties do not apply in case of:

  • Intentional damage;
  • Defects and damages due to loss, theft, fire, water, or a natural disaster
  • Damages as a result of negligence and improper usage such as scratching, bumping or falling;
  • Normal wear and tear or aging of the used materials.
  • A third party performed repair works or other works on the product, without prior written permission by us.

In case a valid warranty claim can be made, return costs will be paid by us. If our warranty does not apply, return costs shall be paid by you.

Please note that “Complimentary” items (or any free product received as part of a promotional offer) are not eligible for warranty claim.

We are not responsible for any freight/courier charges, custom duty or VAT for warranty claims.



Customers can return damaged/wrong/faulty items within return period (14 days from date of receipt) for an exchange/ refund of that item. Please note that:

  • For damaged/wrong/faulty items, we will do replacement with the same item or item that is equal or lesser value at your agreement. Return costs will be paid by us in the event a damaged or the wrong product has been delivered to you.
  • Change of mind is NOT applicable.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. We do not accept exchanges or returns for worn items unless a defect in manufacturing is found. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

To start a return, please contact our customer service. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Please save your tracking number for your security. TIVOR is not responsible for packages lost in transit.

We reserve the right not to accept returns or exchanges received after the return period. We reserve the right to deny a refund if the merchandise does not meet our return policy, in which event, we shall return the merchandise to you at your expense.
